While we spend a large part of our life on automatic pilot, meditation enables us to stand still in silence and to witness what is happening within ourselves and around us. This second basic program introduces innovative meditative exercises, more focused on thoughts and emotions. And don’t forget: deepening the core techniques of meditation involves the repetition, again and again, of a common framework, which invites exploration of the breath, sensations, thoughts and emotions. There is no obligation to do all the sessions one after the other! You can do the sessions alternately with those from another program, but it is your perseverance and the confrontation with repetition that may open new doors.
