Diane Ballonad Rolland is a consultant and trainer in time organisation and management, and a certified professional coach. Her work is particularly influenced by MBSR meditation. She is an expert in themes linked to time management and life balance, and in 2010 founded the highly successful blog Zen & Organised. She is also the author of a number of books on meditation. 
The core of her work involves helping people who are overwhelmed, fatigued and stressed by the constraints of their everyday lives to take back control of their time and rediscover balance.
